CONSTRUCTauto provides well fitting products at wholesale prices. We manufacture parts in Indonesia, Taiwan and China; however, we have very high quality controls in place before selling the final product to you. The most important issue we look for is fitment. Everything has to line up perfectly and look like it is a factory part when installed on the car.

Our facilities are located in California so there are never any problems reaching us. Most of the businesses that sell at similar prices have to ship the parts directly from overseas. That makes any kind of customer service an impossibility.

Return Policy:
If the customer is not happy with our product we can issue a full refund on the full cost of the product; however, you will be responsible for all the shipping costs. If you are looking to return the part back to us, please notify us over email (sales@constructauto.com) within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

Damaged Goods:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and inspected. Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, and if the goods have not been fitted to a vehicle, we will replace damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of carriage to your credit or debit card account.

If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit or debit card account.

Shipping:
All prices on our web site include shipping to your door in 48 US states unless stated otherwise. We can ship internationally. Keep in mind that we do not do rush orders. Our shipping company can not guarantee that they will pick up your order from us the same business day.

Other:
We do not recommend installing the parts yourself. You must use a professional body shop to install anything that we sell to you. There is a certain amount of skill, procedures and equipment that must be available to install these parts correctly.

If you expect absolute perfection from the parts which we sell, we advise you to buy an original part. There are practically no aftermarket exterior aero parts out there that would fit as good as any OEM part. Our products fit well but don't expect an OEM fitment from neither original aftermarket part nor our parts.
